“Anyone who knows me would probably describe me as a nice guy. But being a “nice guy” is also something that’s held me back — as a man, as a husband, and as a father. Choosing to be nice meant I avoided hard conversations. It meant I soft-pedaled the truth. It meant I created problems in my marriage and in other parts of my life because I wasn’t willing to be honest or direct.
For a long time, I thought I could fix all of that alone. I thought if I just read the right book, listened to the right podcast, or tried a little harder, everything would magically fall into place. That somehow I’d become the husband, father, and man I wanted to be by sheer willpower.
But life doesn’t work that way. Men don’t work that way. A man cannot forge himself alone. A man needs a tribe — a group of men who challenge him, sharpen him, and refuse to let him settle. Men who will call him out when he’s slipping, celebrate him when he wins, and sit with him when he breaks. Men who raise the standard simply by being in his life.
That’s why we built WARRBuilt. WARRBuilt exists to give men a place to surround themselves with exceptional men. To show up as husbands, fathers, and leaders with honesty, courage, and authenticity. To have the uncomfortable conversations they’ve been avoiding. To be inspired, encouraged, and pushed to do the work they’ve put off for far too long.
Because men cannot do this work alone. WARRBuilt is the tribe for men who refuse mediocrity. For men who want to rise above the noise of the world and commit to a higher standard — not just for themselves, but for their families and their legacy.
WARRBuilt has created an environment for me to become my best and not settle. I am pushed every day, and I am better for it.
